Horace Meng is founder and president of ToVide Inc. Prior to starting ToVide, Meng co-founded and served as the chief technology officer of LinkShare Corporation, a leading provider of full-service online marketing solutions. Meng managed all aspects of the LinkShare technology platform from software development and system operations to high speed transactional systems and large scale analytical systems. LinkShare was acquired by Rakuten (JASDAQ: 4755) for $425 million in 2005. Meng received his MS in electrical engineering from Columbia in 1995.
