John Koger

 

John Koger is a technology investor in multiple early stage opportunities including Wikoda, a heliostat manufacturer of residential heliostats for solar light and heat, where he also serves as chairman,  and  Tap ‘n Tap, a technology and design firm specializing in android tablet infrastructure software where he is a founding board member.

Prior to these ventures, Koger co-founded and served as president and director of Oasis Semiconductor, Inc., which was the world’s largest merchant provider of semiconductor-based solutions to the all-in-one peripheral market until it was acquired by SigmaTel in 2005. From 1986 to 1994, Koger held a variety of positions with Digital Equipment Corporation, a vertically-integrated computer company, including multimedia chips marketing manager, project leader, and principal engineer.

Koger received a BS in electrical engineering from Princeton University and a MS in electrical engineering from Columbia.
