Christian Yupanqui is a senior at Columbia Engineering, majoring in mechanical engineering. Over the summer, he had the opportunity to work more closely with consumer electronics, which deepened his engagement with incorporating new technology for consumers. He also recently worked at an electric vehicle startup, where he contributed to designing an aesthetically pleasing car. He is passionate about new technologies and innovation, and he is excited to bring his skills to the IDE team as he pursues a career in product design engineering within the consumer electronics industry.
